Handlovegift provides professional landscape design and installation services. Due to the custom nature of our services, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in this policy.
Design services, including consultations, design plans, and 3D visualizations, are custom-created for each client. Once design work has been completed and delivered, refunds are generally not available. However, we will work with clients to address any concerns or make reasonable revisions to designs within the scope of the original agreement.
Installation services are performed according to approved design plans and project agreements. If you are not satisfied with the installation work, please contact us within 30 days of project completion. We will inspect the work and address any issues that do not meet our quality standards or the agreed-upon specifications.

Handlovegift provides a warranty on installation workmanship for a period of one year from the date of completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and installation. It does not cover:
